I am the founder of Eight PR in Hong Kong and a senior public relations executive with over 30 years of experience.
I was born in the UK and first visited Hong Kong in 1984. I returned in 1991 and started my PR career in a local public relations firm but wanted proper regional experience rather than learning behind a desk, so I packed up and moved to Malaysia in 1995. In 1999, I returned to Hong Kong for good!
In 2021, I founded Eight PR, a PR agency in Hong Kong with a focus on tech, legal and branching into financial services and logistics.
I first visited China in 1985 from Hong Kong to Guangzhou by train. Fast forward to the present, and I frequently visit China.
I have written and self-published ebooks on PR which are available in online bookstores and libraries.
I'm a self-confessed lover of all things tech, both B2B and B2C and, once upon a time, used to build my own gaming rigs. Then I switched to Mac and never went back.
